YOUR DETAILS.
HANDLED WITH CARE.

What we collect

The interest form asks for your adult name, email, program or support interest, and permission to contact you. A request identifier, submission timestamp, and consent version are recorded with the request.

Why we collect it

Red Oak Youth Sports Academy uses these details to review your interest and discuss relevant next steps. A request does not complete registration, reserve a place, approve a mentor, or make a donation.

Where requests go

Requests are stored in the academy’s configured Cloudflare database and are available to authorized account operators. They are not displayed publicly. This site does not create a child profile or transfer an interest request into the athlete platform automatically.

Keep children’s information private

Adults should use their own details. Do not submit a child’s name, date of birth, medical information, height, or weight. Youth registration and consent must follow the academy’s separate approved process.

External stores and giving

Prime Gear links take you to an external website with its own privacy, purchase, and donation terms. This website does not collect card details or process payments.

Your choices

Submitting the form is optional. When the academy contacts you, you can request correction or deletion of your interest request, or ask not to be contacted again.

Site operation

This website does not add advertising trackers or browser storage. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

Privacy information updated October 1, 2026. The academy’s public privacy contact and retention policy are pending confirmation.
