THE 12TH MAN · SCHOOL RECOGNITION & ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIP

HOME × SCHOOL
× FIELD.

Recognizing effort. Character. Growth. Leadership.

A BRIDGE TO OWN THE SKY

Growth deserves
to be seen.

The same habits matter at home, at school, and on the field.

The 12th Man gives schools a simple way to recognize academic effort, improvement, positive engagement, empathy, resilience, and leadership. Red Oak connects that growth to a meaningful moment within the Sunday sports experience.

The model works alongside a school’s existing recognition standards, with a designated liaison and a brief nomination. It is designed to keep the process simple and avoid new classroom instruction or software requirements.

School partnership rollout in development. Participating schools, nomination arrangements, and recognition dates are confirmed directly with the academy.

DIGNITY COMES FIRST

Recognition
with care.

Recognition does not automatically mean public exposure. Public use of a student’s name, image, school, or story requires guardian/media consent.

The basic recognition model does not require GPA, transcripts, disciplinary files, or test records. There is no public child profile or academic leaderboard.

Recognition is independent of donations, sponsorship, paid access, and family fundraising.

The public website accepts adult school-partnership inquiries only. Do not submit student details here; school nominations need a separate approved, private process.
